Period panties are washable and reusable.
You can wear your period panty for 4-8 hours depending on your flow. Place it under cold running water in the sink, watch as the blood gets washed out. Squeeze the water off your period panty! Once the water is running clear it means the blood has been all washed out. You can either wash it by hand or in a washing machine. Avoid fabric softners and use organic detergants and gentle wash cycle (keeps your period panty with you for longer)!
