Woww...Period fashion this is new to me! Fashion is really going forward these days 😄 Honestly, the idea of wearing period panties or period swimwear instead of pads or tampons sounds super convenient. I haven't tried them yet, but I'm definitely curious now. Anyone here using them regularly?

When I get period cramps, I usually start with a heating pad on my lower belly it helps a lot. I also try to move around a bit, like stretching or just walking around the house. It sounds annoying, but it actually eases the pain. I drink tons of water and usually make myself a cup of ginger or chamomile tea.
