I am looking for a period underwear that looks like regular underwear under pants, but still suitable for heavy flow.

I’ve noticed that girls seem to be getting their first periods at a much younger age nowadays. I got mine at 12, while my mum and aunts started around 14–15, and my grandmother around 15–16. Now, some girls are starting as early as 8–10. I’ve also heard people say that periods used to be less painful in the past, although I’m not sure how true that is. Could changes in diet, lifestyle, the environment, or other factors be causing girls to start puberty earlier? And has menstrual pain actually become more common, or are we simply more aware of it now?

I’m a 20-year-old woman and have had my period since I was 11. Over the past year and a half, my period symptoms have become much more intense. I’ve started experiencing frequent migraines, lower back pain, and, most noticeably, extreme mood swings before and during my period. I know that mood swings are a common PMS symptom, but mine feel much more intense than they used to and are starting to interfere with my daily life, relationships, and overall well-being.
Has anyone else experienced severe mood swings during their period or before their period? Could this be related to PMS, PMDD, or hormonal changes? And what treatments or lifestyle changes have actually helped manage these unpredictable mood changes?

I like to read reddit when bored, and realized a lot of women and girls complain about pads and tampons and still use them regardless, i really wonder why. What really shocked me is how one girl figured out a very famous brand (something with k) was saying they're changing the look of the pad only, but when she compared the old pad and the new one (redesigned) she pointed that even the pad material and length changed and wings where shorter and the new pack has 2 less pads but it's the same price.. Very disappointing! Anyway ladies i want to hear from you, what was the last trigger that made you say "NO MORE PADS!!!" mine were the sticky part never sticking properly haha!

I would love some recommendations for underwear that is comfortable and is a good price for how many you get!
I don’t think we can say periods were less painful back then, but it makes me wonder how much has actually changed biologically versus how much we’re noticing now. Has anyone else noticed this across generations in their family?
