I don’t know how others do it every time I think about switching, all I can imagine is leaking or bleeding everywhere. Pads have always felt like a kind of protection for me, like a barrier I can physically place and control. I can adjust them, replace them, and feel secure knowing there’s that separation. With pads especially overnight ones, I feel safe. They’re long, they stay in place, and I can lie down or move around without worrying because everything feels supported and contained.
But with period underwear, it feels different. I can’t shake the fear that they might fail me at any moment. I think I need that sense of padding or separation to feel mentally at ease.
I do have a heavy flow (nothing unusual medically), which probably adds to the concern. I really want to make the switch, but mentally, I’m just not there yet.

Last Sunday, I went to a pool party and unexpectedly got my period. Honestly, I didn’t worry at all because I was wearing my Diva'Me period swimwear.
It made me feel completely comfortable and confident the whole day, without missing out on any fun. 💙
Thank you, Diva'Me, for always being there for me. This truly was a perfect day with Diva'Me swimwear!

Hi everyone, I’ve struggled with my periods for as long as I can remember. They are usually very heavy, and I often end up bleeding through my protection. So far, I’ve only used pads because I feel a bit nervous about trying tampons, although I’m open to considering them if they might help.
To manage the heavy flow, I usually place an extra layer of toilet paper on top of my pad. Otherwise, it almost always becomes a messy situation. I’ve been doing this since my very first period, but lately it’s been making me feel like there must be a better solution.
I’m also trying to move toward a more sustainable lifestyle, so I would love recommendations for menstrual products that are natural, safe, and eco-friendly. If anyone has experience with alternatives that work well for heavy flow, I’d really appreciate your suggestions.

I used to be that person who’d skip workouts every month and pretend it was rest, but honestly, it was just discomfort and zero confidence.
Then I tried Diva’Me period leggings and that excuse disappeared.
First workout in them, I kept waiting for that usual anxiety to kick in… it didn’t. No adjusting, no checking, no stress. Just a normal workout.
Now, period or not, I show up the same way.
No skipped days, no compromises.

No, period underwear should not smell if cared for properly. Diva’Me period underwear is made with advanced moisture-wicking and odor-control layers that lock in leaks and keep you feeling fresh. As long as you rinse them after use and wash them as recommended, they stay hygienic and odor-free.
